Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Workers Compensation Lawyer to join client's legal team in the Los Angeles area. As a Workers Compensation Lawyer, you will be responsible for representing clients in workers' compensation cases, ensuring they receive fair treatment and compensation for their injuries.
Pay ranges from 130,000-160,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on workers' compensation claims
- Represent clients in hearings and trials related to workers' compensation cases
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals
- Stay updated on laws and regulations related to workers' compensation
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Prior experience in workers' compensation law
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
