Workers Compensation Attorney - Northern Jersey, NJ
We are seeking a highly skilled Workers Compensation Attorney to join our legal team in Northern Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers compensation or insurance defense law and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in this area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in workers compensation cases
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, motions, and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on the best course of action
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex cases
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing workers compensation or Insurance Defense law
- Demonstrated success in representing clients in workers compensation cases
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
