Workers' Comp Attorney

As a Workers' Comp Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in their workers' compensation claims, ensuring they receive fair treatment and compensation for work-related injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients filing for workers' compensation benefits
• Conduct thorough investigations into clients' claims, including gathering medical records and other evidence
• Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to reach settlements
• Represent clients in hearings and trials, presenting evidence and arguments effectively
• Ensure clients are informed about the progress of their cases and provide guidance on the legal process

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience in workers' compensation law
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
