Vice President of Accounting

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Accounting to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial strategy to support the company's overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting department and provide strategic guidance to the finance team
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and business goals
• Oversee audits, tax filings, and financial risk management

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• CPA certification and Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
