Veterinarian Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinarian to join our team as a Medical Director in the Greater Denver area with pay starting at 200K. As the Medical Director, you will oversee all medical operations and ensure the highest quality of care for our animal patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the veterinary medical team
• Develop and implement medical policies and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of medical care provided
• Manage medical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with advancements in veterinary medicine

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state
• Proven experience in a veterinary leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing exceptional care
