Veterinarian Medical Director

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Veterinarian to join our team as a Medical Director in the Hartford area with pay starting at 200K. As the Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our veterinary medical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our animal patients.

• Lead and supervise the veterinary medical team
• Provide guidance and mentorship to veterinary staff
• Oversee medical protocols and procedures to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with management to achieve organizational goals
• Participate in staff training and development initiatives
• Ensure the highest standard of care for all animal patients

The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a veterinary setting is highly desirable.
