Veterinarian

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team in the Greater Rochester area with pay starting around 140K. As a Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to a variety of animals. Your primary duties will include diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, performing surgeries, and educating pet owners on proper animal care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting physical exams on animals to assess their health and determine medical issues
• Developing treatment plans and prescribing medications
• Performing surgical procedures as needed
• Collaborating with veterinary technicians and other staff members
• Educating pet owners on preventive care and wellness practices

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Licensure to practice veterinary medicine
• Strong knowledge of animal health and wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
