A prestigious law firm is seeking a Trust and Estates Attorney to join our team in the Rochester area with pay starting at 130K. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of trust and estate matters for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the administration of trusts and estates
• Prepare and review estate planning documents
• Provide legal advice on trust and estate issues
• Represent clients in trust and estate disputes
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Experience in trust and estate planning
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
