Trust and Estates Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Trust and Estates Attorney to join our reputable law firm in the Pittsburgh area with pay starting at 150K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law.
- Drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Providing legal advice on estate and trust matters
- Handling trust administration and probate proceedings
- Assisting clients with wealth preservation and asset protection
- Resolving disputes related to trusts and estates
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of state and federal laws related to trusts and estates. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership are required.
