Trust and Estates Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Trust and Estates Attorney to join our team. As a Trust and Estates Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support in matters related to trusts, wills, estate planning, and probate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing trust agreements, wills, and other estate planning documents.
- Advising clients on estate planning strategies and wealth preservation.
- Handling probate and estate administration proceedings.
- Resolving trust and estate disputes.
- Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state Bar membership in good standing.
- Proven experience in trust and estate planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
