The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust and estate planning, providing expert legal advice to clients in need of assistance with their estate planning needs. As a Trust and Estate Attorney, you will work closely with clients to draft wills, establish trusts, and handle probate proceedings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on trust and estate planning matters
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Assist clients with wealth preservation and asset protection strategies
• Handle probate and estate administration proceedings
• Develop personalized estate plans tailored to each client's unique needs

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience in trust and estate planning
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
