Trust & Estates Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Trust & Estates Paralegal to join our team in NYC. In this role, you will provide crucial support to attorneys in managing estates, trusts, and other legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in probate and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all stages of estate planning and trust administration
• Prepare and file legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trust instruments
• Manage client communications and ensure a high level of client service
• Conduct legal research related to trusts, estates, and tax laws
• Coordinate asset transfers and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Trust & Estates Paralegal
• Knowledge of probate processes and estate planning procedures
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
