Job Title: Transactions Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transactions Coordinator to join our team in the McLean area with pay starting at 80k. As a Transactions Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate transactions from initial contract to closing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and third parties involved in the transaction process
• Review contracts and ensure accuracy and completeness of all transaction documents
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other transaction-related activities
• Update and maintain transaction records and databases
• Ensure timely and smooth closing of transactions

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in real estate transactions or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and real estate transaction software
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
