Trademark Attorney
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trademark Attorney to join our legal team in San Antonio with pay starting at 180K. As a Trademark Attorney, you will be responsible for protecting our company's intellectual property rights and ensuring compliance with trademark laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting trademark searches and providing opinions on trademark availability
- Preparing and filing trademark applications
- Handling trademark prosecution, including responding to office actions
- Monitoring trademarks for infringements
- Providing legal advice on trademark matters to internal stakeholders
- Managing trademark portfolios
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Texas
- Strong knowledge of trademark laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
