Tax Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team in Cincinnati. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's tax compliance, planning, and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate tax activities, including tax planning, preparation, and filing
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
• Prepare and review tax provisions and financial statements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting firm
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
