Tax Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team in Boston. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's tax planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws
- Prepare and review tax returns and reports
- Manage tax audits and resolve any issues
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- CPA certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in tax accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
