Job Description
Job Title: Survey Crew Chief
We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Crew Chief to join our team in Detroit with pay starting at $32/hr. As a Survey Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team of surveyors to conduct various land surveys accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a survey crew in the field
- Ensure accurate and precise measurements are taken
- Utilize survey equipment such as total stations and GPS devices
- Prepare survey reports and drawings
- Coordinate with project managers and clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Survey Crew Chief or similar role
- Proficient in operating surveying instruments and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
