Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, architects, and clients
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations
- Review and interpret blueprints and specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction best practices and regulations
