Job Description
Job Title: Superintendent
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of a construction project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, labor, and materials
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contract documents
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
