Structural Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in the Indianapolis area with pay starting at 130K. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of new structures and ensuring their safety and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing structural designs based on project requirements and building codes
• Performing calculations to determine the best materials and construction methods
• Preparing drawings and specifications for construction projects
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
• Proven experience in structural design and analysis
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or ETABS
• Strong communication and project management skills
