Job Description

Job Title: Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of various structures. You will work closely with architects, construction teams, and other professionals to deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective structural designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and analyzing structural systems for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects
  • Performing calculations to ensure structures meet safety and building codes
  • Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Collaborating with architects and construction teams to integrate structural systems into overall project designs
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions
  • Providing guidance and expertise on structural issues during construction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
  • Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
