Job Description
Sr. Engineer
We are seeking a talented Sr. Engineer to join our team in Williamsburg. As a Sr. Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and executing key engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering and proven experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering projects and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
- Conduct research to identify new technologies and tools to enhance project efficiency
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven 7+ years experience as a Sr. Engineer
- Strong project management skills
- P.E. certification is highly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools
- Great communication and teamwork skills
