Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of various projects in Pensacola with pay starting at 150K. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure deliverables are met according to project timelines
• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
• Identify and resolve project issues to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to closure
• PMP certification is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
