As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex litigation cases, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience
