Senior Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in the Anaheim area. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project plans, determining costs, and preparing accurate and competitive estimates for construction projects. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall scope of work
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure clarity and accuracy in estimates
• Identify and address potential cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven work experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
