Senior Estimator

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in State College. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for construction projects and possess exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare comprehensive bids
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy of estimates
• Track and analyze project costs to identify areas for improvement
• Attend site visits and meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
