Senior Estimator

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Lancaster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation and project management within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall costs involved.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information.
• Evaluate potential risks and opportunities in the project estimation process.
• Review and compare subcontractor and supplier bids.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Proficient in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
