Senior Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Oakland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management
