Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager for our client in the Greater Oakland, California area. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Pay ranges from 100,000-150,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
• Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during construction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of construction best practices and techniques
• PMP certification is a plus
