Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Columbus. This role involves overseeing and leading various civil engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects
• Proficient in industry-standard software and tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
