Senior Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Project Manager to join our team in the Houston area with pay starting at 145K. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with proven experience managing complex projects within the industry. This individual will possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Review and approve project designs and plans
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff

Qualifications:
