Job Description
Securities Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Securities Attorney to join our legal team in NYC. As a Securities Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support related to securities law compliance and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research on securities laws and regulations
- Advising on compliance with SEC rules and regulations
- Drafting and reviewing securities-related documents
- Assisting in the preparation of SEC filings
- Participating in due diligence for securities offerings
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Proven experience in securities law, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting
- Excellent knowledge of SEC rules and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
