Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor
Location: Hershey
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sanitation activities within our facility to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Manage and coordinate sanitation staff in daily cleaning tasks
- Develop and implement sanitation policies and procedures
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness standards
- Train new employees on sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sanitation or cleaning role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
