Safety Director

We are currently seeking a qualified Safety Director to join our team in the Wilmington area with pay starting at 140K. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety within our organization to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
• Provide safety training to employees
• Investigate accidents and near-misses
• Maintain safety records and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Certification in occupational health and safety is a plus
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
