Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences in the Cleveland Ohio area. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. Pay ranges from 70000-90000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and adherence to company policies
• Hire, train, and develop staff to provide top-notch service and maintain a positive work environment
• Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and control costs
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
• Food safety certification is a plus
