Responsibilities:

• Assist with case preparation, including gathering and analyzing medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence for cases
• Manage case files, maintain organization, and ensure all deadlines are met
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred

Pay ranges from 60,000-70,000.
