Job Title: Remote Personal Injury Paralegal

Job Description:

• Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents and pleadings related to personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research and investigation to support case preparation.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information.
• Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, court hearings, and depositions.
• Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness coordination.
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing, time tracking, and maintaining client communication.
• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality rules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
• Knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and electronic filing systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
• Certification from an accredited paralegal program is a plus.
