About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Remote Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling personal injury cases remotely, providing legal advice, conducting research, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury files remotely
• Provide expert legal advice to clients
• Conduct thorough legal research
• Prepare and draft legal documents as needed
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Injury Attorney
• Active license to practice law
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Location: Remote

Pay ranges from 100,000-150,000 base.
