• Source and recruit candidates through various channels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• Organize and conduct interviews
• Assess candidates' skills and qualifications
• Prepare job offers and negotiate terms of employment
• Track key recruiting metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making abilities
