We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Paralegal to join our client in Palm Beach Florida area. As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team with a focus on real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions
• Conduct title searches and review title commitments
• Prepare and review closing documents
• Coordinate communication between all parties involved in real estate transactions
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Prior experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay ranges from $65,000-90,000.
