Real Estate Paralegal Opening in Chicago!

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our client's team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our attorneys in all stages of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate law and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
• Conduct research on property titles, zoning laws, and other relevant legal matters
• Coordinate closings and prepare closing documents
• Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders regarding transaction details
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to real estate transactions

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or similar role
• Knowledge of real estate law and procedures
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation
• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (preferred)

Pay ranges from 50000-85000.
