Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team with pay around 75K. As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions and closings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and analyzing real estate contracts and agreements
• Assisting with due diligence for real estate transactions
• Preparing closing documents and overseeing the closing process
• Coordinating with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction
• Conducting title searches and resolving title issues

Requirements:

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
• Prior experience working in real estate law
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and closings
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
