Real Estate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in the Palm Beach area with pay starting at 200K. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate law and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to clients on real estate transactions and disputes
• Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, and lease documents
• Conduct due diligence on properties and title searches
• Represent clients in real estate negotiations and closings
• Handle zoning and land use issues

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience working as a Real Estate Attorney
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
