Real Estate Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Attorney to join our client's team in the Greater DC area. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support on real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, financing, and development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Review and draft real estate agreements and contracts
• Conduct due diligence on real estate properties
• Provide legal advice on zoning and land use regulations
• Represent clients in real estate disputes
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Proven experience in real estate law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
