Real Estate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in NYC with pay starting at 200K. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on real estate transactions and related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and draft real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions
Provide legal guidance on zoning, land use, and property development issues
Handle negotiations and settlements with third parties
Represent clients in real estate litigation matters

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state Bar association and in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing real estate law
Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and laws
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
