We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in NYC pay starting at 230K. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions and disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Review and draft real estate contracts and agreements
• Conduct title searches and ensure properties have clear titles
• Represent clients in real estate litigation cases
• Provide legal advice on zoning and land use issues
• Negotiate real estate deals and resolve disputes

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Attorney
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
