Real Estate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in Philadelphia. As a Real Estate Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting real estate contracts and agreements
- Providing legal advice on real estate development projects
- Handling closings, title reviews, and lease agreements
- Representing clients in real estate disputes and negotiations
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing real estate law
- Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
