Job Description
Real Estate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in Miami. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of real estate legal matters for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, and leases
- Provide legal advice on real estate transactions
- Conduct due diligence for real estate deals
- Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation
- Stay up-to-date on real estate laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Attorney
- Excellent knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
