Real Estate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in Miami with pay starting at 200K. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, contracts, agreements, and disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Review and draft real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and mortgage documents
- Conduct due diligence on real estate properties
- Negotiate real estate deals and contracts
- Provide legal advice on zoning, land use, and environmental issues
- Represent clients in real estate litigation matters
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate law
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
