Real Estate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team in Chicago with pay starting at 140K. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting real estate contracts and agreements
- Conducting due diligence on real estate properties
- Advising clients on real estate laws and regulations
- Handling real estate closings and settlements
- Resolving real estate disputes and issues
Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney
